Ordering Information
Please place your order with plenty of time in mind. We have most balloons in stock but occassionally will need to order specialty colors. We need up to a week to fulfill special requests. We recommend ordering 1-2 weeks before your occassion to allow enough time to complete your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There are no returns or refunds. These garlands do best indoors. If you plan to use them outdoors, you must inform us when ordering as heat will cause the balloons to expand and pop. Balloons will also oxidize and lose their shiny finish after 24-48 hours.
Pickup Information
We do not ship or deliver balloon garlands. We highly recommend a large SUV or van for pickup as these do take up a lot of car space. We are not responsible for garlands that do not fit in your vehicle.
